We offer free worldwide shipping on all Woodstock guitars to every country we can ship to. Your guitar is shipped directly from Ukraine at no additional shipping cost.

Every guitar is carefully inspected before dispatch, securely packed, and shipped in a premium gig bag to ensure maximum protection during transportation.

Customs & Import Taxes

Orders within Ukraine do not require import clearance.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price.

Worldwide shipping is free — you only pay the price of the guitar and any import taxes or duties that may be required by your country.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. For guitars available in stock, we normally prepare the instrument for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Every Woodstock guitar is built to be played for years to come. We stand behind the quality of our instruments and provide the original owner with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If your Woodstock guitar develops a manufacturing defect, we will evaluate the instrument and, when covered by warranty, repair or replace the defective component at no charge. If repair is not reasonably possible, Woodstock may replace the instrument with an equivalent model or instrument of comparable value.

What is covered

The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the construction of the instrument, including the body, neck, structural joints and other components manufactured by Woodstock.

Factory-installed hardware and electronics are covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the original date of purchase.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear or changes resulting from use or ageing, including fret wear, strings, finish wear, checking or fading, hardware plating wear, scratches, dents or other cosmetic changes.

It also does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper repairs or modifications, exposure to extreme temperature or humidity, improper storage, transportation or shipping damage.

Wood is a natural material and may change slightly with variations in temperature and humidity. Such natural changes that do not affect the structural integrity or normal operation of the instrument are not considered manufacturing defects.

Nitrocellulose finishes & Relic instruments

Many Woodstock guitars are finished with traditional nitrocellulose lacquer. Nitrocellulose naturally ages and may develop checking, fading, discoloration or additional wear over time. These changes are part of the character of this type of finish and are not considered defects.

Some rubber, foam, plastic and synthetic materials used on guitar stands, hangers and straps may chemically react with nitrocellulose lacquer. Damage caused by such contact is not covered by warranty.

For Oldboy / Relic instruments, intentional ageing, finish checking, wear, scratches and other relic details are part of the original design of the instrument. Their appearance may continue to evolve naturally with use.

Warranty service

The warranty applies to the original purchaser of a new Woodstock guitar purchased directly from Woodstock or from an authorized Woodstock dealer and is not transferable.

To request warranty service, please contact Woodstock or the authorized dealer where the instrument was purchased. Please provide:

- the guitar’s serial number;

- proof of purchase;

- photos or video clearly showing the issue.

Please contact us before shipping an instrument for warranty service. Do not send your guitar without prior authorization.

Woodstock will evaluate each warranty claim individually and provide instructions for the appropriate repair or service.

This warranty does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply in the purchaser’s country.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Woodstock guitar. If for any reason your instrument is not right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the guitar must be in its original condition, without damage or modifications, and returned with all original accessories, documentation and packaging.

Before returning an instrument, please contact us to receive return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the product is defective or we have shipped an incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes or other charges associated with international shipping are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for the instrument until it is safely received by Woodstock.

Once the returned instrument has been received and inspected, we will confirm the return and issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Instruments showing damage, modifications or significant signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and evaluate the guitar may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.

Custom-made, personalized or specially configured instruments cannot normally be returned, unless they are defective or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

If your guitar arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect instrument, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the guitar and its packaging. We will arrange the appropriate solution.

This return policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country.
